Andrea Jennings holds a Master of Music (M.M.) degree with a focus on Music Business and Entertainment Industries. Her passion for music, law, TV, and filmmaking led her to create Shifting Creative Paradigms Entertainment and Productions®, where she develops transformative projects bridging access and inclusion gaps.
Andrea realized her purpose was to create equitable solutions for social change through her life experiences to help others.
Andrea experienced a major car accident at the top of her career, working for a worldwide top 5 advertising conglomerate. After her accident, she learned how to reestablish herself in a not-so-accessible world and aims to create impact and sustainable change in that area so that others would not have the same barriers that she had.
Andrea is an Entertainment Strategist & Consultant focusing accessibility and Disability Culture in Entertainment, Health, Tech, and Design workforce,
She is also the current Chair of the City of Pasadena's Accessibility and Disability Commission. She leads the commission on its goals as they advise the City Council on accessibility issues and recommends policies, procedures, programs, and legislation to ensure accessibility to all residents, particularly Disabled individuals.
Andrea is a keynoter, moderator, and panelist for numerous diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging (DEIAB) panels advocating for social justice through the lens of disability culture, film, music, and art.
Andrea's professional artistic work has been featured at Park Avenue Armory, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and Rutgers University's Jack Tchen exhibitions. In addition, Billboard Magazine, The Hollywood Reporter, and The New York Times have recognized Andrea's advocacy work.
