Long live the revolution.
André Alexandre Ribeiro Meira was born on February 19, 1998 in Portugal. He grew up with popular American cinema and wished to make filmmaking his profession from a particularly young age. He started making montages and presentations in school projects, before eventually being part of a winning video project for a high school contest promoted by Universidade de Évora. He has a Licenciatura (Bachelor's degree) in Documentary Film since 2020. Since then, he's collaborated in small projects, such as directing ad campaigns for a local children's charity - CPCJ Campo Maior, and eventually temporarily joining the public parish Junta de Freguesia de Degolados as a collaborator on audiovisual projects and social media management. For the latter, he directed a short film titled "Filhos da Freguesia" ("Children of the Village"). He also works as a freelance screenwriter online, while writing his own original scripts as well.

Allegedly, I learned to read and write at age 3 - I was initially presumed to be gifted, but at the age of 11, I was diagnosed with autistic spectrum disorder.
Long live the revolution.
