Her films include Night Shed, I’ll Eat You Alive, and Daddy Issues. For Amara, directing means being fully immersed in every aspect of a project from its concept; she specializes in exploring life’s many complex –but always relatable– themes and inherent dichotomies and then uses a compelling combination of vivid color palettes, dynamic camera angles, and particularly emotive acting to create worlds that are memorable, poignant, and visually thrilling.
