Held each January in Jackson, Wyoming, AlpinFilm is the Teton Climbers’ Coalition’s annual celebration of mountain storytelling.
Rooted in our community’s identity as the epicenter of American mountaineering, the two-day festival presents climbing, skiing, and mountaineering films that capture the essence of the alpine experience. For more than a century, the Tetons have inspired climbers and ski mountaineers to test their physical, mental, and spiritual limits—a legacy that shapes both the films we feature and the audience we attract, from locals to winter visitors alike.
More than a showcase of bold feats, AlpinFilm explores why we pursue our adventures in the first place. Our inclusion of films from around the world pays tribute to the Tetons and the international community they continue to inspire.
All proceeds benefit the Teton Climbers’ Coalition, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that stewards, advocates, and engages on behalf of the Teton climbing community.
Details regarding film screenings, additional auxiliary events and special guests to be announced.
