1. Eligibility:
a. Films submitted must be original works of the entrant.
b. Films must not infringe upon the copyrights or any other rights of any third party.
c. Films must be in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
d. Films must be under 15 minutes.

2. Selection Process:
a. The festival organizers will review all submitted films and select those that meet the festival's criteria for screening.
b. The selection process is at the sole discretion of the festival organizers and their decision is final.
c. Selected filmmakers will be notified of their acceptance and provided with further instructions.

3. Screening and Exhibition:
a. Films selected for screening will be exhibited during the festival at the designated venue and time.
b. The festival organizers reserve the right to schedule and reschedule screenings as necessary.
c. Filmmakers whose films are selected for screening grant the festival the right to publicly exhibit their work during the festival.

4. Rights and Permissions:
a. Filmmakers retain all rights to their films.
b. By submitting a film, filmmakers grant the festival the right to use excerpts or stills from their film for promotional purposes.
c. The festival organizers will not be held responsible for any unauthorized use of copyrighted material in the submitted films.

5. Liability:
a. The festival organizers will take reasonable care of all submitted films but will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft.
b. Filmmakers are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, licenses, and releases for their films.
c. The festival organizers will not be liable for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the screening or exhibition of the films.

6. Agreement:
By submitting a film to the festival, filmmakers agree to comply with these terms and conditions and any additional rules or guidelines provided by the festival organizers.
