Alina Avila Ko, a graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts Film and Television, is producing a series of short documentaries centered on breast cancer and mental health. Her background includes positions at New York and Miami production and multimedia entertainment studios, public radio and television stations, as well as freelance projects. As a breast cancer survivor and mental health advocate, she utilizes media to raise awareness and educate. She is the founder of Art Garden Productions LLC, which specializes in producing videos for local businesses and nonprofit organizations.
