Alina Avila Ko, a graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, is producing short documentaries and narrative films focused on breast cancer, mental health, and women-centered stories. Her career spans radio, television, and film in New York and Miami, including work with PBS, Broadway Video, Inc., and independent productions. A breast cancer survivor and mental health advocate, she founded Art Garden Productions, which creates films, documentaries, and videos for nonprofits, businesses, and artists to raise awareness and support grassroots social justice efforts.
