Born on March 8th 1978 in Vsevolozhsk, St. Petersburg region, Russia. At one-year-old age his family moved to Kiev, Ukraine.
In 1985 came to school # 57, which specialized in English language. Right after graduation in 1995, was enrolled into Kiev Theatre Institute named by Karpenko-Kariy, where choose the film and television studies. While studying in Merzlikin’s workshop under the direction of Mrs. Dniprenko started to specialize on TV ptoducing.
Oleksandr began to work on TV while he was still studying. His first position was the assistant of director, then the second director, the director of recording, the director of live TV, and the senior producing director. With time, he was involved practically in all TV genres, from the news casts to the big shows. At the same time, was working as an actor (over thirty roles in films and TV series), a screen writer (TV programs), and a host of the show “Ideas For Home”, (the series of programs “The Morning With INTER”)
In summer 2011, took the part in the workshop by A. Mitta, M. Travis, F. Parker, and V. Perelman, on the 2nd Odessa International Film Festival with his psychological detective story scrip “The Game” and got into the top four.
After 2014 was working on different series and films: “Mystic Stories”, “The Real Mystic – 1,2”, “Konstantin’s Code”, “Doctor on call – 1,2”, “Female Doctor – 3”, “Police 102”, “Owl”, “Panic Vova -2, 3”, “Wedding Dramas”.
Filmed such short films as: “Reality” (The winner of international films festivals), “Through the Thorns”, “The Loser’s Club” (The winner of international films festivals), “Zainka” (The winner of international films festivals), “The Corner Store” (The winner of international films festivals), “The Last Knight”, “The Meeting”.
