Ali Emir Tapan is a Turkish multidisciplinary artist, working in video, performance, sculpture, and photography. DELIKLER is his first fiction film as a director. He has also co-produced Kaan Mujdeci's upcoming feature film IGUANA TOKYO. Ali Emir received a BA in Intellectual History and Photography from Connecticut College and an MFA in Fine Arts from Central Saint Martins College. He has presented 12 solo shows and 26 group shows in Turkey and internationally. His works are included in private collections and museums. Ali Emir is based in Istanbul and Berlin.
