Alexander Haessner is an award-winning cinematographer, born in Germany and now based in the United States. His artistic journey began with the exploration of art history and painting, subsequently shifting his focus to photography and filmmaking. He sharpened his technical skills as a high-speed technician at Dedo Weigert Film in Munich before embarking on the opportunity to film the boxing sequences for the film "Ali," directed by Michael Mann, in Maputo, Africa. Motivated by his passion and pursuit of excellence, Alexander ventured to the United States, where he pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with cum laude honors at the esteemed Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara.

The following years found Alexander residing and working in New York, collaborating with renowned artists such as Janusz Kaminski, Steven Fierberg, and Harris Savides. These experiences provided him with an exceptional platform to refine his craft to the highest standards.

With a focus on highly stylized and visually striking creations, Alexander has established an reputation in crafting exceptional commercials, branded content, documentaries, and feature films.
