Alessandro Rivera is a visual artist currently exploring the realm of filmmaking. He studied at The National School of Fine Arts (Lyon, France), as well as at La Esmeralda - The National School of Painting, Sculpture and Printmaking (Mexico City), where he earned his BA Degree in Visual Arts.
His work bridges the worlds of contemporary art and cinema, delving into various thematic territories including memory and materiality, gender, masculinity and representation, as well as narrative and temporal perception.
Currently, he is pursuing a Master's Degree in Filmmaking at Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de Mexico.
