Alessandro Leone is an italian scriptwriter and director. Graduated from Academy of Fine Arts of Brera, he has written and directed many short and feature films and documentaries and published numerous essays on cinema. In 2011, in collaboration with other professionals of the same industry, he founded Ester Produzioni, a film production company, and contributed to many cinema and television productions as scriptwriter and director. He has also collaborated with other production companies as a screenwriter including GA&A, Master Five, Ardaco, Endemoll Group.
He has won several award including Nastro d’Argento Special in 2014.
