Graduate from the Film School of The National Autonomous University of Mexico.
He won the ARIEL (Mexican Academy Award) and the Silver Goddess (Mexican Cinema Journalist Award) for Best Fiction Short Film with “Oasis” which also received other awards and nominations. The film was part of the official selection at many international film festivals.
His previous work “Hotel Room” was selected at more than 20 Mexican and international film festivals.
He has been fellow of the Mexican National Fund for Arts and his projects have been supported by the Mexican Film Institute (IMCINE).
