Albert Blay is a young film director from Tarragona who is the author of several audiovisual pieces, lots of them with a strong social theme.
Highlights include the short fiction film Bruna, about school bullying, with which he won several awards, and also the documentary short film Ara, in the catalog of Museums of the Valencian Community, which deals with the personal vision of the civil war, the dictatorship and democracy of his own grandfather, a veteran of the republican side of the spanish civil war.
In addition, he has also directed for some seasons the most outstanding campaigns of the Colla Jove Xiquets de Tarragona, awarded twice in La Nit dels Castells.
