I was born in Tokyo in 1986. Upon graduating from high school, I began my career as an actor, joining a talent agency. After dedicating 10 years to theater, I transitioned to film production at the age of 28.
My directorial debut garnered significant attention, surpassing 500,000 views on YouTube and the Japanese video-sharing platform Niconico. That same year, it won two awards at the Niconico Video Awards 2012.
Subsequently, I embarked on the production of an ambitious, independently-made, full-length tokusatsu film—a rare 1-hour feature. Released on YouTube and Niconico, it achieved approximately 810,000 views and was widely featured in online news outlets.
I have loved Japanese tokusatsu since childhood, which inspired me to pursue a career as a filmmaker. My ultimate goal is to create tokusatsu works that deeply resonate with audiences.
After eight years of dedicated work, I am proud to present my latest project, "GEMOOS OF YOJYOHAN." I hope many people will have the chance to experience this film.
Thank you for your time and support.
