2. AİZANOİ KISA FİLM FESTİVALİ BAŞVURU ŞARTLARI ve KURALLARI

1- Aizanoi Kısa Film Festivali, tüm organizasyonlara - yapımcılara / ajanslara - bağımsız yönetmenlere açık bir film festivalidir.
2- 35 dakikayı geçmeyen kısa filmler değerlendirmeye alınır. Festival girişi, üç ayrı kategoride yapılacaktır, Kültürel Miras, Çevre Bilinci ve İklim Krizi ile Spor ve Sağlık konularında başvuru kabul edilecek, kategori harici başvurular kabul edilmeyecek direk elenecektir. Kategorilerde sadece kurmaca ve belgesel filmleri ile animasyon filmler kabul edilmektedir.
3- Her kategoride en az 30 yapım olduğu zaman değerlendirme yapılacaktır.
4- Film yapım tarihi 2019 ve sonrası olmalıdır.
5- Birden fazla girişe izin verilir. Aynı kategoriye birden fazla film gönderilebilir
6- Festivalde hangi filmlerin gösterileceğini bir seçim komitesi belirleyecektir, sunumunuzun gösterilmesi garanti edilmez.
7- Katılımcılar, festivale gönderdikleri film ve diğer malzemelerin web sitesinde, dijital ve basılı etkinlik programlarında ve festivalin uygun gördüğü her türlü tanıtım amacıyla kullanılabileceğini ve / veya yayınlanabileceğini kabul ederler. Telif hakkı talep edilemez.
8- Bir film seçilirse, gösterilen veya kaydedilen tüm ticari marka veya telif hakkı olan materyaller dahil olmak üzere tüm ticari veya özel mülkiyet, film yapımcısının sorumluluğundadır.
9- Seçim kurullarının ve jürilerin kararları kesindir.
10- Türkiye dışından katılan yabancı filmlerin dili ingilizce ya da alt yazısı ingilizce olacaktır.
11- Türk yapımlarında ingilizce çeviri ve ingilizce alt yazı aranmayacaktır
12- Kazanan ve seçkiye giren filmler festivalin web sitesinde duyurulacaktır. (www.aizanoifilmfest.com)
13- Katılımcılar, çalışmalarını sunmak için gerekli tüm lisansların ve telif haklarının sürüm formlarını ve izinlerini almakla yükümlüdür. Kütahya Aizanoi Kısa Film Festivali ticari telif hakkı, ticari marka, kredi veya telif hakkı ihlali içeren herhangi bir iddiadan sorumlu değildir. Telif hakkı uyuşmazlıkları kapsamında kabul edilen filmler festivalden çekilebilir.
14- Ödül Töreni ve Gala gecesi Aizanoi Antik Kentte yapılacaktır, Atölye ve gösterimler belirlenen yerlerde yapılacaktır, bütün etkinlikler pandemi kurallarına uygun olarak planlanacaktır, Pandemiden Hükümetin aldığı kararlardan dolayı değişiklik yapılabilir.
15- Yönetmelikte değişiklik hakkı festival yönetimine aittir.
16- 2. Aizanoi Kısa Film Festivali programına başvuran filmlerin sahipleri, yapımcıları ve yönetmenleri, bu yönetmeliğin kurallarını kabul etmiş sayılırlar.

2. AİZANOİ SHORT FILM FESTIVAL APPLICATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1- Aizanoi Short Film Festival is a film festival open to all organizations - producers / agencies - independent directors.
2- Short films not exceeding 35 minutes are evaluated. The festival entry will be made in three different categories. Applications will be accepted in the fields of Cultural Heritage, Environmental Awareness and climate crisis, sports and health, applications outside the category will not be accepted and will be directly eliminated. Only fictional and documentary films and animated films are accepted in the categories.
3- Evaluation will be made when there are at least 30 productions in each category.
4- Film production date must be 2019 or later.
5- Multiple entries are allowed. More than one movie can be submitted in the same category
6- A selection committee will determine which films will be screened at the festival, your presentation is not guaranteed to be shown.
7- Participants agree that the films and other materials they send to the festival can be used and/or published on the website, in digital and printed event programs, and for any promotional purposes deemed appropriate by the festival. No copyright claim
8- If a movie is selected, all commercial or private property, including any trademarked or copyrighted material displayed or recorded, is the responsibility of the filmmaker.
9- Decisions of the selection committees and juries are final.
10- Foreign films participating from outside Turkey will be in English or have English subtitles.
11- English translation and English subtitles will not be sought in Turkish productions.
12- Winning and selected films will be announced on the festival website. (www.aizanoifilmfest.com)
13- Participants are responsible for obtaining release forms and releases of all licenses and copyrights necessary to present their work. Kütahya Aizanoi Short Film Festival is not responsible for any claim containing commercial copyright, trademark, credit or copyright infringement. Films accepted under copyright disputes may be withdrawn from the festival.
14- The Award Ceremony and Gala night will be held in the Ancient City of Aizanoi, Workshops and screenings will be held at the designated places, all events will be planned in accordance with the pandemic rules, Changes may be made due to the decisions taken by the Government due to the pandemic.
15- The right to change the regulation belongs to the festival management
16- The owners, producers and directors of the films applying to the 2nd Aizanoi Short Film Festival program are deemed to have accepted the rules of this regulation.
