The festival committee reserves the right to exclude films which are not in conformity with the aims of the festival or which will offend the national feelings and susceptibilities of any participating country, or are likely to promote racial discrimination. Films not presenting sufficient technical qualities for good public screening can also be refused. All films MUST
be in African Indigenous Language and subtitle in English, French or Portuguese

    Uzoma, thanks for your review, however I think you are not being fair to us the organiser of this festival. We never asked for payment from you or anyone we are doing our best within our limited resources to promote indigenous language film genre. We may not have been perfect in this maiden edition but we are sure working to make the next edition much bigger and better. However, your surly comment was uncalled for.
