Born in a small town in Arizona, Adelita was raised in a family that held many secrets, one being her own. She could see spirits. At age 4 she saw the recently departed spirit of her favorite uncle who’d recently died. She spent the next 40 years trying to push away her abilities. She was a career code officer who lived by the book of everything being clean cut, seeing life in black and white. Compliance vs Non compliance, period.

Life changed and her son, Andrew left by suicide in 2018. This broke her, disrupting her life completely and it led her down a path she couldn’t believe, a journey of awakening, self discovery and heartbreak.

She was forced to surrender, to go within and remember who she was. She learned to believe and she arose from the ashes. She stitched herself together with all of the pieces left behind and she stepped into her power, she refined her awakened abilities and learned to trust them.
