AddAMovie Film Festival - (in)Voluntary Body Mutilation
The AddAMovie film festival is back virtually, with the possibility of a (safe) live screening event on March 8th, 2021.
Notice that this date is International Woman’s Day. This festival is meant to highlight women in particular who have changed their bodies in some way, either forcefully or by choice - body modifications and mutilations, cultural ideals of femininity and modesty, deliberate self harm, etc. What better day to show our support than on IWD?
