Adam C. Briggs is a writer/director based in Meanjin/Brisbane who has made films throughout Australia, Japan, Italy and France, predominantly working with film formats (16mm, 8mm) . His first feature, 'Paris Funeral, 1972' (2021) screened at the Asia Pacific Triennial of Contemporary Art at GOMA. His practice aims to foster community participation, empowerment, dialogue, magic and shared meaning.
