Action Thriller Crime Adventure Film Festival Private Room
Where Adrenaline Meets Art

Action Fest is an international celebration of Action, Crime, Thriller, Adventure, and Sci-Fi storytelling across both film and screenplay formats.
From adrenaline-fueled chases to pulse-pounding heists, emotional survival dramas to mind-bending sci-fi, if your work grabs the audience and doesn’t let go, this is your home.

We showcase selected films at live screenings in Tbilisi, Georgia, and through our exclusive Festival Channel, bringing them to distributors, producers, and genre fans worldwide.

Every selected project receives detailed, structured audience feedback!
Our curated audience, including filmmakers, writers, producers, critics, and fans, provides layered reviews based on key parameters (direction, pacing, tension, originality, emotional engagement, character arcs, and thematic resonance).
These structured insights appear on your project's dedicated page after the festival, helping you understand your strengths and build your marketing and positioning more effectively.

Genres We Celebrate:
Action – From tactical fights to full-scale battles.
Crime – Heists, syndicates, corruption, and justice battles.
Thriller – Psychological duels, survival tension, ticking-clock plots.
Adventure – Daring journeys, survival odysseys, exploration.
Sci-Fi – High-concept futures, techno-thrillers, near-future adventures.
If it moves fast, hits hard, and keeps the audience guessing it belongs here.

  • What a nice genre-festival with growing tradition! Everything feels real, there are physical screenings and you receive a detailed feedback for your movie if you are selected. These people put a lot of effort into this festival. I enjoyed being part of this well communicated and transparent event with my project "Fabios Reise" and want to say a big 'Thank you' to the kind ATCA-Team and to all viewers.

    Response from festival:

    Dear Simon,

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your experience with us and appreciated our focus on clear communication and transparency.

Showcasing Fabio's Journey was a true highlight for our team and our audience. Your gritty, grounded descent into the criminal underworld was phenomenal and incredibly deserving of the Best Gangster Crime award!

Thank you for being such a great part of our growing tradition and for sharing your cinematic vision with the ATCA Film Festival. We wish you the best of luck with all your future projects!

    Warmly,
    The ATCA Festival Team

  • Judith Bunting

I had a great experience with ACTA festival. The team, especially Pavel, are wonderfully responsive and were hugely helpful, pulling materials together for the audience vote. It’s unusual for a screenplay to get in front of a live audience, so that was much appreciated. That the audience had great taste, and Snowdrop won the Reader’s Choice Award as well as Best Thriller Screenplay, was just the cherry on top.

    March 2026
    Response from festival:

    Dear Judith,

Thank you so much for this wonderful and uplifting review! It was an absolute pleasure for our team (and especially Pavel!) to assist you in preparing Snowdrop for the showcase.

We completely agree: our readers and festival attendees certainly have impeccable taste! Your double victory (Best Thriller Screenplay and the Readers' Choice Award) is a testament to your brilliant, high-octane writing. Bringing unproduced scripts to a wider audience is exactly why we created the showcase, and we are thrilled that you found the experience so rewarding.

Thank you again for trusting us with your phenomenal story. Enjoy that cherry on top, it was incredibly well-deserved!

    Warmly,
    The ATCA Festival Team

  • I highly recommend this festival. The organizers were in contact with me during the entire process. I was not able to attend in person, but they made me feel like I was a part of the festival with constant friendly updates. A great experience, and I recommend other film makers submit their films in the future!

Thank you so much for your fantastic review and kind recommendation! It means a lot to our team that you felt so connected and engaged throughout the process, even from afar. Building a welcoming, communicative, and inclusive environment for all our filmmakers is always our top priority.

Your project, Mancala: Crisis in Bauxite Mining, was a truly powerful and thought-provoking addition to our lineup, and its Best Political Crime Drama award is incredibly well-deserved. Thank you for trusting the ATCA Festival with your important work. We wish you continued success on your creative journey!

    Warmly,
    The ATCA Festival Team
