Aaron Dougherty is a award-winning filmmaker, who is based in Kansas City, MO. He graduated from the University of Central Missouri receiving an BA in film and television. Aaron produced his first student film documenting his life experience during his senior year in college. His award-winning filmmaking career began in a 2022 film called “The Best Day of Your Life" under his new production company, Random Quality Productions, LLC.
Aaron’s latest film “The Best Day of Your Life" (2022 & 2023) continues recognition through film festivals: DTLA Film Festival, Kansas City FilmFest International, Philadelphia Independent Film Festival, and Martha Vineyard AA Film Festival. The film won “Audience Award” at the Kansas City Film fest International and as well as “Best New Director” at DTLA Film Festival. Aaron continues his filmmaking career while shooting music videos and shorts.
