Articolo 1
a) Il concorso è aperto a Cortometraggi di fiction e di animazione, a video sperimentali, a documentari e video inchieste, di produzione sia indipendente che collettiva (anche scolastica), prodotti in Italia e all'estero.
Nel caso l'Opera NON fosse in lingua ITALIANA, devono essere presenti SOTTOTITOLI esclusivamente in lingua ITALIANA, pena l'esclusione dal Festival.
Il tema è libero con riferimento non obbligatorio a “salto nel buio – leap in the dark”.
Ogni autore potrà inviare un numero illimitato di video-opere, ma alla rassegna ne sarà comunque ammessa una sola per artista.
Le Opere già presentate nelle Edizioni passate non potranno essere riproposte.
b) All' Arcicorto Film Festival 2024 possono partecipare Cortometraggi della durata massima di 15 minuti (titoli di coda compresi).
c) Le opere devono essere presentate esclusivamente attraverso la visione di un link apposito (eventualmente con password dedicata), inviato all’indirizzo lealidiicarolab@gmail.com. I video che perverranno incompleti o illeggibili non saranno presi in considerazione. Le opere inviate per la preselezione dovranno pervenire entro il 1 luglio 2024.
d) I cortometraggi devono essere stati realizzati dopo il 1 gennaio 2019.
Articolo 2
a) Il Festival culminerà con la serata finale (25 luglio 2024), durante la quale verranno proiettate le opere finaliste e saranno decretati i vincitori delle varie categorie. Dopo il 1 luglio 2024, sul portale dedicato al Festival, verrà resa pubblica la lista dei finalisti che riceveranno comunicazione anche attraverso posta elettronica.
b) I lavori rispondenti al regolamento, finalisti e non, saranno catalogati e andranno a far parte dell’archivio del Festival.
c) Alla Giuria qualificata, che verrà nominata dagli enti organizzatori, sono assegnati i seguenti compiti: - effettuare la selezione delle opere da ammettere alla fase finale del Festival; - indicare i vincitori dei premi previsti nel presente Regolamento; - segnalare opere ritenute particolarmente meritevoli.
d) Il giudizio della Giuria è insindacabile
Article 1 a) The competition is open to fictional and animated short films, experimental videos, documentaries and video investigations, of both independent and collective production (including school), produced in Italy and abroad. If the Opera is NOT in ITALIAN language, SUBTITLES in ITALIAN language must be present, under penalty of exclusion from the Festival. The theme is free with non-obligatory reference to "leap in the dark". Each author can send an unlimited number of video-works, but only one per artist will be admitted to the exhibition. The works already presented for the 2021-2022-2023 Editions cannot be re-proposed.
b) At the Arcicorto Film Festival 2024, short films with a maximum duration of 15 minutes (including credits) can participate.
c) The works must be presented exclusively by viewing a special link (possibly with a dedicated password), sent to the address lealidiicarolab@gmail.com. The videos that arrive incomplete or illegible will not be taken into consideration. The works sent for pre-selection must be received by July 1 , 2024.
d) The short films must have been made after January 1, 2019.
Article 2
a) The Festival will culminate with the final evening (25 July 2024), during which the finalist works will be screened and the winners of the various categories will be announced. After July 1, 2024, the list of finalists will be made public on the Festival portal and will also be notified by e-mail.
b) The works complying with the regulations, finalists or not, will be cataloged and will become part of the Festival archive.
c) The following tasks are assigned to the qualified jury, which will be nominated by the organizing bodies: - to select the works to be admitted to the final phase of the Festival; - indicate the winners of the prizes provided for in these Regulations; - report works considered particularly worthy.
d) The judgment of the Jury is unquestionable
