AI.motion is the italian film festival dedicated to AI generated cinema.
The festival purpose is to explore the new aesthetics introduced to seventh art by generative algorithms.
AI.motion focuses on the different images created by artificial intelligence, exploring not only short narrative movies but also videoclips and commercials.
Screenings and meetings are with free admissions.
AI.motion – Festival italiano del cinema in intelligenza artificiale takes place in the palace of IULM University and includes events, screenings, meetings and workshops.
The festival was born as an idea of IULM AI Lab and Neural Network Association and is held by IULM University.

Rules & Terms

There is no submission fee

Only films created with AI or with the help of AI are accepted.
Submitted movies must be combined with a list of the algorithms involved in the production.

If a film is selected, the festival will not pay any screening fee nor will be obliged to invite the director or cast & crew.
