We would like to brief you on how AIFFA works and what we do. AIFFA - the acronym comes from Aarambh International Film Festival & Awards. Our sole intention is to bring about a positive change in society and to achieve this we provide a platform to filmmakers across the world, so they can present their films on topics that concern the social wellbeing. We launched AIFFA’s dedicated website ( https://www.aiffa.in ), so that the filmmakers can register online to participate in the Film Festival. A filmmaker can register Feature Film, Short Film, Documentary Film, Web Series, Music Album, Ad Film and for 4 different film categories. Each Category has its entry fee. The best 3 films from each category will be chosen for awards by members of the jury after the films are screened in exhibition. Best films will be chosen based on film direction, quality of content, actors’ performances, uniqueness of the concept / idea, and various such factors. We wish to use your secure and trusted payment gateway in order to provide our applicants a seamless experience of the registration process.
Let us put some light on the film categories that we have introduced –

1. BETI BACHAO BETI PADHAO :
There is a huge gender imbalance and discrimination against girl child globally. Female foeticide still happens illegally. There is a severe need for people to have an awareness about the worsening sex ratio. Government of India is also promoting a campaign to generate an awareness around this issue. AIFFA is introducing “Beti Bachao, Beti Padho” film category for the film festival. The aspiring and established filmmakers can shoot films around this sensational topic and submit their films to AIFFA for evaluation and exhibition. We wish to reach as many people as we can with the screenings of these films and bring a positive change in the mindsets of men and women around the globe.

2. SWACHH BHARAT :
Another social wellness film category we are introducing is “Swachh Bharat”. With increasing population increases the problems of sanitation and waste management in India. Open defecation, waste disposal in public areas – these are the kind of things we see happening in several places of the country and these are severe issues. We are encouraging the youth to create film content on this important topic. Film is the way of reaching masses in a very less time and in a huge number. We want to promote social and personal hygiene in the country and around the world. Big water bodies in India like river Ganga, Brahmaputra which are responsible for the lives of millions are becoming the hub of waterborne diseases. We wish to spread awareness for cleanliness through the channel of films.

3. MOTIVATIONAL :
Underdog stories, tales of incredible transformation, overcoming immense hardship, and the journey of an average person to heroism. Such tales stay with us forever and inspire in us something that we never knew was there. People seek inspiring films to cheer themselves up to achieve things in life. whether they are looking to be motivated, want to discover a new dimension of humanity, or are looking to be woke up at once. We have introduced the “Motivational” film category, so that such outstanding stories will cheer the mob up. Entrepreneurship is one of the more budding industries, but even so, many people fall off the wagon quickly. There are many rough patches along the way and many want to give when it gets too tough. AIFFA wants the more motivational stories to come out and inspire the youth to do something beyond the boundaries of their limits.

4. SPORTS:
Mediocre people wish for the kids to grow up to be doctors and engineers, and there is nothing wrong about wishing so. But sports have been highly neglected by common people. Sports have been around for a very, very long time, and so have movies. There are many great movies from many genres. Sports films have been very successful. There is an abundance of great such movies such as A League Of Their Own starring Tom Hanks, and The Blind Side that won many prestigious awards. AIFFA wants to make the ordinary people aware of the importance of sports in their lives and how they can be as successful as in any other profession by playing sports for city, state or county.

Submit your film with all details to official E-Mail Id info@aiffa.in.

02) The applicant is the producer or director or he / she has the right to submit the film.

03) The applicant is obliged to process the registration.

04) Posters should be sent in relation to Feature Film / Short Film / Other Category / Web Series / Ad Film / Special Category / Documentary / Music Album (hereafter, will be referred as content)

05) Poster size must be A4 size or 12 x 18 inches. Posters should be in .JPG, .PNG format.

06) While filling all the information related to the applicant online, it is mandatory to provide the payment details for a secure payment.

07) Fill in the Feature Film / Short Film / Other Category / Web Series / Ad Film / Special Category / Documentary / Music Album information.

08) After registering, the applicant can log into the website www.aiffa.in to view the information submitted. Applicant must keep copy / receipt of payment.

09) Submission needs to be done before the deadline date. Submissions after deadline will not be accepted in any case.

10) Each special category out of four (such as, Beti bachao beti padhao) has it's individual prize. i.e. one candidate can register for multiple special categories and would be eligible for prize in every special category that he/she has registered for.

11) Films in any language would be accepted.

12) You can send published or non published feature film / short film / other category / web series / ad Film / Special Category / Documentary / Music Album, provided that you have uploaded it on the drive / cloud.

13) Submission fee for every category is different and is as mentioned in the Entry Fees section on the website (https://www.aiffa.in).

14) If the video applicants provided has issues being downloaded from the given link or it is not properly played in the given format, then the company / office / company staff will not be responsible. The company / management holds the right to disqualify the submission in such cases.

15) Subtitles are not required for Feature Film / Short Film / Other Category / Web Series / Ad Film / Special Category / Documentary / Music Album in Marathi, Hindi and English languages submitted by the applicant. Work in all other languages need to have subtitles.

16) After registering the applicant will get Login ID and Password. The account can then be used to apply for one, two or more Feature Film / Short Film / Other Category / Web Series / Ad Film / Special Category / Documentary / Music Album. Single account can be used to apply for multiple categories.

17) Applicant is the producer / director he can submit own Feature Film / Short Film / Other Category / Web Series / Ad Film / Special Category / Documentary / Music Album. Application for others will not be allowed from your account.

18) Applicant / Producer / Director Can submit Feature Film / Short Film / Other Category / Web Series / Ad Film / Special Category / Documentary / Music Album with his / her own name / authority from his / her own ID.

19) Producer / Authorise Person / Director has applied, they can only register their / their own production /directed Feature Film / Short Film / Other Category / Web Series / Ad Film / Special Category / Documentary / Music Album. But any other Production / Directed Feature Film / Short Film / Other Category / Web Series / Ad Film / Special Category / Documentary / Music Album must not be submitted from your Login ID. For this, the owner of the work will have to register themselves on www.aiffa.in

20) Three phases are given in the relevant application: 1) payment get way, 2) producer / director information and 3) film / content information.

21) Phase-I Payment Get Way: You have to pay / transfer the registration fee of film/content online in the respective phase-I. Once the due process is completed, a receipt copy should be printed or information will be sent to the official mail ID you have provided. Information about filling.

22) After completing the process of Phase-I, the information of Phase-II and Phase-III is to be filled up. When the registration process is complete, you will then receive an acknowledgment that contains information about the film / content you have submitted.

24) We may use the film / content’s poster or trailer video submitted by you for AIFFA’s promotion on various e-platforms or in printed form.

25) The applicant should note that the registration fee will not be refunded in any case or for any reason.

26) The Applicant should periodically visit the website www.aiffa.in for updates.

27) You agree that the event date / prize / time / venue may vary depending on the circumstances, and therefore you will be flexible to co-operate with the decisions.

28) If you have any questions / suggestions / complaints, you will have to reach us on the official Email or contact us section on the www.aiffa.in website.

29) All rights reserved by the Aarambh International Film Festival & Awards (AIFFA) and the AIFFA management. AIFAA holds an authority to change the rights at any given point of time with or without prior notice. The decision taken by AIFFA at any time / place will apply to the applicant immediately and the applicants have to abide by them.

30) All court cases / grievances will be handled through Mumbai or Aurangabad court.
