The scope of “the Korean people” includes individuals and entities of all ages and fields—public institutions, civil society organizations, and companies—who can participate in or support humanitarian assistance.

Theme 2) Future / Sustainability: Humanitarian assistance for a better future for the next generation
Express sustainable humanitarian assistance that goes beyond short-term relief—encompassing prevention, response, recovery, and rehabilitation—and strengthens the self-reliance and recovery of affected populations.
Express a future where humanitarian assistance and technology work hand in hand to address crises more effectively and create sustainable solutions

▶️Eligibility: Anyone interested in humanitarian assistance (Individual or team)
※For team entries, one representative must submit on behalf of the team
(maximum two people per team, including the representative).
▶️Submission Requirements: Promotional video/ image content utilizing generative AI
Video Category- AI-assisted video, approximately 30 seconds Horizontal (16:9) or vertical (9:16)

Image Category- AI-assisted vertical poster (A3 size) File formats: jpg, jpeg, png / Maximum 300 dpi
※ Generative AI technology must be used in whole or in part (video, image, audio, etc.).
※ For winning entries, high-resolution video or higher-quality poster file (A2 size) may be requested
if necessary.
※ Each individual or team may submit only one entry per theme per category (maximum two entries in total).
※ Submission of works that have been entered in other contests is allowed; however, works that have already won awards in other contests are not eligible.

Participants must comply with the submission methods and entry specifications of the contest. Any issues arising from failure to read or understand the guidelines and rules will be the sole responsibility of the participant.

All submitted works must be original content created by the participant using generative AI within the submission period. Submitted works must not violate any copyrights or related rights. In the event of any legal disputes, all responsibilities lie with the participant.

Judging scores will not be disclosed. If a submission does not meet the evaluation criteria, the number or scale of awards may be adjusted.

The submission period and announcement dates may be subject to change depending on the organizer’s circumstances.

Multiple entries from the same individual or team are allowed. However, duplicate awards will not be granted to the same individual or team — only the highest award will be recognized.

If plagiarism is confirmed after the announcement of winners, the award may be revoked and prize money reclaimed.

All taxes and public charges related to prize money are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prize money will be paid after tax deductions.

Only one award certificate will be issued per individual or team.

By submitting, the winners (authors) grant the organizer the rights to reproduce, transmit, and create derivative works of the winning entries. In return for appropriate compensation (certificate and prize), the copyright, including the right to create derivative works, of the winning entries shall be transferred to the organizer.

Right to create derivative works: The right to produce and use original works by editing, adapting, transforming, making videos, or through other creative methods.

** Other copyright-related matters shall follow the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's guidelines for creative contest works.

Winning entries may be adapted into videos by the organizer and may be used for public promotional activities of Sangju City. This includes offline events (award presentations, exhibitions, campaigns, etc.) and online promotions (YouTube, social media channels, etc.).
