Wringer
Laundry loads, missed calls, and unresolved feelings. Wringer follows Alex through the quiet churn of a laundromat, a gas station, and the aftermath of a relationship that never had clear edges. As the machines tumble, so do memories, questions, and moments that won’t let go. A visual meditation on ambiguity, healing, and the cycles we spin through to feel clean again.

Ian Tsai and Jordan Tritasavit are Los Angeles-based directors and mechanical engineering students at UCLA. United by a shared creative drive beyond the technical world, they bring a blend of precision and artistry to their filmmaking. Ian works as a video editor for UCLA Athletics, where he sharpens his eye for visual storytelling through high-energy sports content. Jordan is a music producer with a background in composition and sound design, crafting emotionally resonant scores that elevate the cinematic experience.
Together, they’ve been developing their passion project for over a year—a film that merges their technical discipline with personal expression. Drawing from their diverse creative strengths and engineering mindset, Ian and Jordan approach filmmaking with both structure and soul, aiming to tell stories that are visually grounded, emotionally raw, and rhythmically alive.
