John Stan is a filmmaker whose work blends visual poetry, memory, and emotion. He previously directed “Mi ricordo” in Venice, Italy, a no-budget short shot on an iPhone that marked the emergence of his artistic voice. With “ Wind’s Lips”, he begins his collaboration with composer Félix Jacquin and continues to shape a distinctive style where image and music intertwine to explore intimacy and desire.
Wind’s Lips is a sensory exploration of memory and desire. Set in Paris, the film conveys emotion and longing through music, visuals, and subtle gestures rather than dialogue. It is a poetic meditation on the invisible threads that connect us to moments and people we cannot forget.
