The Last Turtle
On the Caribbean island of Dominica, while the locals rebuild after 2017's Hurricane Maria, the endangered Sea Turtle populations are in dramatic decline, largely due to illegal poaching on nesting beaches.
The Last turtle explores the island, rich in biodiversity, documenting the work of Dominica Sea Turtle Conservation Organisation (DomSeTCO) and their team of foot patrollers striving to save the magnificent Leatherback, Hawksbill and Green Sea Turtles.
