Director Statement

I'm a Kurdish filmmaker from Iran. I migrated to Tehran while I was a 15 years old lonely boy. Living in Tehran was so different from my previous experience in Kurdistan: it was like emigrating to a new country. This living experience caused me to pay a close attention to immigration issues and made me to make a movie about an Afghan teenager immigration to Iran after making 5 movies about social issues in Tehran and Kurdistan. I was sexually harassed by my boss when I stared to work in a restaurant in Tehran. This memory stayed with me until I made this short movie.
