Director Biography - Emrah Güzelkokar

He was born in Antakya, Turkey in 1985. He worked on digital marketing of movies, artists and events (entertainment) for 10 years. He wrote the story of "Kovala", which is the first rap movie of Turkey, and co-produced it. He wrote and directed his first short film, "The Bowl". He continues to work on new movie projects.

Director Statement

Our loneliness, in which we are withdrawn, competes with the loneliness of the fish in the bowl. And watching human loneliness is more pathetic (dramatic is the right word anyway). In this film, we will witness a man's effort to build a new world in his own bowl while he was seeking a breath in hopelessness. And that the loneliness cycle will never change.
