Silvia Busacca is an italian film director

In 2016 she followed a global path for young people of the United Nations, she has been present in Eight Nations in Europe as a spokesperson simulating the academic professional diplomatic sector representing conferences for Australia UNICEF, UN Women UK, France UN, and four times Italian spokesperson in Europe as Prime Minister, Delegate and Ambassador.

Her parents died many years ago, her father worked in Sicily then moved to the USA in Los Angeles in the 70s for work, he lived with her wife Lucia for several years in Los Angeles.

Silvia has two brothers, Giovanni born in a private clinic in Hollywood, and Antonio born in Vittoria, Sicily. Silvia was born in Ragusa, Sicily. She Lives in Italy.

The deceased uncle was known in Los Angeles for his work as the owner of a well-known tailor’s shop where he dressed American actresses. Aunt Josephine and her cousins are dead in Los Angeles where they lived for more than fifty years

In her film education, she studied at the Accademia Artisti in Rome for a short time obtaining a diploma in film and television actress, she was present in various masterclasses with American actors and producers, Tom Hanks, Robert De Niro, Paul Haggis, Robert Mckee, Bernard Hiller, Tyler Mane, and Renae Geerlings.

She has been a guest at many Italian and foreign festivals during her early film career.

At the Ischia Festival 2017, she met Claudia Cardinale, one of the most significant international actresses. The same year, she was chosen to participate in the TV Series Festival in Berlin, Germany where she attended the seminar of producer Paul Haggis and Robert Mckee who for the occasion gave her the book "Dialogue".
She was a guest on the red carpet of the Venice film festival 74th for the Preview of the film Out of Competition by Jim Carrey Jim&Andy, accredited by the Venice Biennale.
In 2017, some magazine blogs in the United States and the United Kingdom talked about her as a new actress, just that year she received an invitation as a partner of the Hollywood Connection Center network.

IN LIMINE was released in the Hollywood film industry by the Hollywood Connection Center network.
Today she enters in the New Film Production sector with her first projects 'Rumors' and WATERBUS.

On 26 May 2023, the trailer for the short film Waterbus, made during the Venice Film Festival in 2022, was released in Italy.
