● REQUIREMENTS

All screenplays must be submitted in English or Italian.

Writers can submit several scripts, but each script must be submitted independently. We accept screenplays with more than one author. All genres are accepted. All material submitted to other competitions or contests is eligible. There are no limitations regarding title page content.

All ownership and rights to the scripts submitted to this contest remain with the original rights holders.

The Plot Point International Screenwriting Awards is open to writers from all over the world. Scripts submitted to the competition must NOT have been previously optioned, purchased or produced at the time of entry. If a submitted screenplay becomes optioned, produced or purchased between the time of submission and the end of the judging period, that screenplay will no longer be eligible. Entry fees are non-refundable.

Scripts must be submitted in PDF format.

Feature Scripts must be between 60-140 pages in length.
Short Scripts must be between 1-40 pages in length.
TV Scripts must be between 40-80 pages in length.

Anything outside that page range will not be considered for the competition.
