Justin Fong is an Asian American film and commercial director. Born in Springfield, Missouri, Fong had an interest in filmmaking at an early age with Midwest and Chinese cultural influences. Graduating from San Francisco State University in Film, Fong started his creative career with a focus on post-production. He would later transition to direct numerous television broadcast commercials along with several notable short documentaries, many of which earned him several awards including a Cannes Lion and Promax. Fong’s style attempts to align with meaningful, cool, creative, original work with an honest vision to bring out its core.
