My father's last place

In 2004, they graduated from the Al-Mohtaraf Institute of Arts in Damascus, under the direction of Bassem Kahar. Two years later, in 2006, they completed their studies at the Ornina Institute of Art in Damascus, where they trained with esteemed instructors Naila Al-Atrash, Amal Omran, Yasser Abdel-Latif, and Raafat Alzagot. Additionally, they engaged in several theater workshops supervised by Tal’at Alsamawi and participated in screenwriting workshops led by Mowafak Masood.

This background ultimately inspired them to create the "Room Theatre," known in French as "Théâtre de Chambre." This unique establishment was nominated for entry in the Guinness World Records as the smallest theater in the world.

في عام 2004، تخرّجا من معهد المحترف للفنون في دمشق، تحت إشراف المخرج باسم قهّار. وبعد عامين، في عام 2006، أكملا دراستهما في معهد أورنينا للفنون بدمشق، حيث تلقّيا التدريب على يد نخبة من الأساتذة البارزين، من بينهم نائلة الأطرش، وأمل عمران، وياسر عبد اللطيف، ورأفت الزاقوت. كما شاركا في عدد من ورشات العمل المسرحية بإشراف طلعت السماوي، بالإضافة إلى ورشات في كتابة السيناريو بإشراف موفق مسعود.

وقد ألهمتهما هذه التجارب لاحقًا لتأسيس مسرح "الغرفة" أو Théâtre de Chambre بالفرنسية، وهو فضاء مسرحي فريد من نوعه، تم ترشيحه لدخول موسوعة غينيس للأرقام القياسية كأصغر مسرح في العالم.

وبعد اندلاع الثورة السورية، انتقلا إلى فرنسا، حيث عملا مع عدد من المخرجين المسرحيين من فرنسا وإيطاليا واليابان، واستمرّا في مشروعهما "مسرح الغرفة"، لكن هذه المرة باللغة الفرنسية.
