Dominique Anderson is a dedicated filmmaker based in Fort Worth, Texas, she brings over 20 years of industry experience and a profound commitment to elevating women's voices and fostering community through the art of visual storytelling.
As the founder and creative powerhouse behind Blissful Sky Studio since 2013, Dominique specializes in crafting captivating video content, infusing each project with a unique blend of brand recognition and authentic connection.
Her academic journey led her to Abilene Christian University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media. She further honed her skills at the Los Angeles Film Studies Center, where she explored the intricacies of motion picture production. She is currently enrolled at Asbury University pursuing a Masters degree in Film and TV.
Dominique's exceptional contributions to her field have earned her 15 Telly Awards, solidifying her reputation as a respected figure in the industry. She actively shapes the future of advertising and production as a member of the Telly Awards Silver Council.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Dominique is deeply involved in her community, volunteering her time and expertise to organizations such as Girls Inc. of Tarrant County, where she serves as a Champion Volunteer. She also dedicates herself to mentoring aspiring filmmakers, serving as the Director of Photography Mentor for the Lone Star Film Society's Summer Film Camp.
As part of her community engagement, Dominique holds a position on the Executive Committee of The Fort Worth Film Commission and serves as a board member of The Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
