This mobile cinema experience transforms the island into a vibrant hub of global film culture. Kinosuite Consulate is a specialized initiative within Kinosuite International, designed to promote national cinemas in Indonesia through collaborations with embassies and cultural institutions, to promote their respective nation’s cultural capital through cinema as a window to shared humanity. This program offers ministries, embassies, and cultural institutions a dedicated platform to showcase their country’s cinematic heritage while fostering international film partnerships. The "Pitching Forum" is a story pitching event for captivating stories in the form of short films, feature-length proof-of-concepts, and series pilots that deserve to be produced. By collaborating with our festival sponsors and studio partners, winners of this pitching forum will receive unique opportunities which allows filmmakers to bring their visions to life with substantial financial, facility and in-kind support, turning compelling narratives into reality.

SEA Screen:

Our "SEA Screen" program shines a spotlight on the finest emerging filmmakers from South East Asia. This initiative showcases the vibrant and diverse stories from the region, providing a dedicated platform for Southeast Asian filmmakers to reach a global audience.

Pacific Cinema:

As part of our ongoing mission to build and foster relationships with Pacific Oceanian countries, the "Pacific Cinema" program celebrates the rich cinematic traditions of the Pacific Islands. This program is dedicated to highlighting the unique voices and stories from Pacific Island countries, promoting cultural exchange and understanding.

Layar Djakarta:

"Layar Djakarta" is our tribute to our home city of Jakarta. This program is dedicated to discovering and showcasing hidden voices from all layers of life in Jakarta, providing a platform for local filmmakers to share their unique perspectives and stories.

Layar Dewata:

"Layar Dewata" celebrates the stories inspired by Bali’s spirit and beauty, bringing together films from local and international filmmakers. This program captures the island’s rich culture, stunning landscapes, and vibrant communities, offering a cinematic exploration of Bali’s many layers.

UniCinema:

Celebrating the vibrant spirit of student filmmaking and the rise of emerging Indonesian cinema, this event shines a spotlight on the next generation of storytellers in Jakarta. Open exclusively to Indonesian student projects, submissions are welcomed for films produced in 2021 or later. To be considered for the prestigious Kinosuite Award in student categories, filmmakers must submit their work through FilmFreeway.

Kinosuite Labs:

"Kinosuite Labs" is the premier screenwriting development program based in Bali, Indonesia, designed to empower aspiring storytellers from around the world. Through flexible courses offered online, in-person, and hybrid, we provide participants with the tools, mentorship, and collaborative environment needed to transform their ideas into compelling screenplays. From foundational courses to advanced workshops and immersive bootcamps, participants gain hands-on experience and industry insight. With a strong focus on universal stories that reflect the essence of humanity, Kinosuite Labs also supports creators through scholarships and a pathway to international film markets, making it the prime destination for emerging screenwriters ready to share their voice with the world.
