Ishinomaki rock 'n roll city

"Ishinomaki rock 'n roll city" is a documentary about a personal journey to Ishinomaki, Japan. The city most devastated by one of the biggest Tsunamis ever.
We can see how a great volunteer network performs the material and spiritual reconstruction of the city. Ishinomaki finds in music its way to join back with life, with the present and the strength to get over pain, making honour to its own name which, literally translated, it means: Ishi - Rock / maki -roll
