A series of short film attempts and low quality sketches filmmed in 10 years of film studying, with small progresses over each year and amateur crews that changed every couple of years. Pasquale Fresegna's iBRUTTi split in colour artistic seasons that reflect the location of the projects and the mood of the director. Green for Licignano di Napoli first steps, Orange for the University of Salerno crew of friends and Light Blue (Azzurro) for Napoli experiments
The moral of Don Quixote by Miguel de Cervantes inspired me indirectly since the first episode of the serie. As my Don Quixote da Casalnuovo, every attempts of making Art with no crew of experience FAILED miserably for almost a decade 'till I shot Rapemento (December 2018) that finally made me a true short film Director
This collection of Series celebrate Mediocrity and fail attempts of create something special before the right time and that's the brief guide to understand easly the Reality inside the Serie:
🟢 GLI INGUARDABILI: Serie on the bullied project made in the last two years of the Lyceum and on the ribirth of the ego during the first couple here at University,
🟠 PERIODO ARANCIO: Serie on the pinnacle of the happyness in my youth with finally a group of friends and an actress-girlfriend and the immediate falldown with the lost of everything,
⚫ BLACK ACT: Mini-Serie on the motionless year after the falldown with a Graduate Diploma to complete (Cinema school started with a social life and ended with no one) untill my debout as director at Kino Napoli 2018
🔵 PERIODO AZZURRO: Serie on the Trash Projects filmed for fun (with a life that emprove with baby-steps) between all the good Micro and Shorts I directed since late 2018
A IV Arc could probabily close the serie with the re-editing of all the projects left behind (to emprove the quality, if it's possible) with a new season of sketches and horrible shorts to make fun of people that bully imperfection
