Story about the cycle of life and its traumas through a visual letter that encompasses the colective memory of different fragments of poets and people represented through a character that constantly dialogues with the idea of death and its different stages through the pass of time.

Relato del ciclo de la vida y sus traumas a través de una carta visual que junta la memoria colectiva de distintos fragmentos de poetas y personas representados a través de un personaje que dialoga constantemente con la idea de la muerte y sus distintos estados a través del paso del tiempo.

Director Biography - Majo Pastene

Majo Pastene was born in Santiago, Chile in 1996. She entered the Film career at the Instituto Arcos in 2017. She has worked in audiovisual projects directing the short films Trascender (2018), which competed at the FEMCINE9 film festival in Santiago Chile, MECAL from Barcelona and FEDOCHI from Chiloé, Chile. She has also directed the short films Crisálida (2017), Merlucita (2018), La Niña de Tus Ojos (2019), and Hypoestes (2023) international premiere in the FOKUS CHILE short films from Chile section at the EXGROUND FILM FEST 36 in Wiesbaden, Germany

Majo Pastene nació en Santiago, Chile en 1996. Egresada de la carrera de Cine en Instituto Profesional Arcos. Se ha desempeñado en proyectos audiovisuales dirigiendo los cortometrajes Trascender (2018), que compitió en el festival FEMCINE9 de Santiago, MECAL de Barcelona y FEDOCHI de Chiloé. También ha dirigido los cortometrajes Crisálida (2017), Merlucita (2018), La niña de tus ojos (2019), e Hypoestes (2023) que tuvo su estreno internacional en la sección FOKUS CHILE cortometrajes de Chile en el EXGROUND FILM FEST 36 de Wiesbaden, Alemania.
