Director Statement

My starting point as an animator and filmmaker, is to be an artist. Painting, drawing and writing poetry are my most immediate forms of expression and how I seek to understand the life I live. I am deeply interested in intimacy and the broad spectrum of sexuality. I see my animations as sketches coming alive. My poetry accompanies these living images, seeking to create a film that lures the viewer into a space where they are told secres, confessions and information, that was not for them to hear.
