In our Hungarian culture, the "boss" status is more of a position and a privilege than serious task and responsibility. Getting into a situation like this, the simpler person cannot assess their boundaries and important agendas connected to their assignment and venture. Due to the "power" sensations they suddenly gained, most people are susceptible to forgetting where they came from and who they really are. Sadly, many possibilities slip away into nothing, if we are unable to acknowledge our faults.
