La partecipazione a Cortacci implica l'accettazione integrale del seguente regolamento:
1) sono accettati cortometraggi della lunghezza massima di 20 minuti, fermo restando che la Direzione del Contest si riserva il diritto di ammettere opere che eccedano tale limite qualora le ritenga particolarmente meritevoli;
2) le opere devono essere narrative – sono esclusi i documetari – appartenere ai generi, azione, avventura, comico, fantascienza, fantasy, horror, musica, noir, thriller e/o qualsiasi altro genere – o sottogenere – che permetta di raccontare storie “oltre la realtà quotidiana”;
3) sono accettati cortometraggi completati non prima del 31 dicembre 2024;
4) le opere non in lingua italiana devono includere sottotitoli in lingua italiana o inglese;
5) possono essere presentati corti già proiettati e/o premiati in altri festival;
6) al momento dell'iscrizione, il partecipante dichiara di essere il legittimo proprietario dei diritti dell'opera e di avere tutte le liberatorie necessarie (musica, immagini, attori) sollevando la Direzione del Contest da qualsiasi responsabilità in merito a eventuali violazioni di copyright o di diritti di terzi.
7) la Direzione si riserva il diritto di utilizzare immagini e filmati fino a 30 secondi per i materiali promozionali del Contest, per l'edizione attuale e per quelle future;
8) l'iscrizione e il pagamento della quota si effettua attraverso le piattaforme FilmFreeway e Festhome, oppure inviando il link da cui scaricare il corto via e-mail a sciusciacasadelcinema@gmail.com e versando la quota di 10€ tramite bonifico sul conto corrente dell'associazione (IBAN: IT 63 L 07601 03800 001066672179);
9) i dati personali trasmessi saranno trattati solo per finalità inerenti la partecipazione al Contest nel rispetto della vigente normativa sulla privacy;
10) non è previsto alcun contributo per spese di viaggi e soggiorno;
11) al momento dell'iscrizione il partecipante accetta di consentire di proiettare il cortometraggio senza alcun costo di proiezione associato;
12) i cortometraggi iscritti verranno valutati da una commissione composta da membri di Sciuscià, che sceglierà le opere selezionate e i finalisti;
13) i cortometraggi finalisti verranno proiettati in sala e giudicati da una Giuria di esperti, che attribuirà i premi;
14) il giudizio della Giuria è insindacabile;
15) la Direzione del Contest si riserva di modificare il programma dell'evento qualora necessario, nonché di prendere decisioni su questioni non previste.

Participation in Cortacci implies full acceptance of the following rules:
1) Short films with a maximum length of 20 minutes are accepted, although the Contest Management reserves the right to admit works exceeding this limit if it deems them particularly worthy;
2) The works must be narrative – documentaries are excluded – and belong to the following genres: action, adventure, comedy, science fiction, fantasy, horror, music, noir, thriller and/or any other genre – or subgenre – that allows for the telling of stories “beyond everyday reality”;
3) Short films completed no earlier than December 31, 2024 are accepted;
4) Works not in Italian must include Italian or English subtitles;
5) Short films that have already been screened and/or awarded at other festivals may be submitted;
6) Upon registration, the participant declares that they are the legitimate owner of the rights to the work and have all necessary releases (music, images, actors), releasing the Contest Management from any liability for any infringement of copyright or third-party rights.
7) The Management reserves the right to use images and videos up to 30 seconds long for promotional materials for the current and future editions of the Contest;
8) Registration and payment of the fee can be done through the FilmFreeway and Festhome platforms, or by sending the link to download the short film via email to sciusciacasadelcinema@gmail.com and paying the €10 fee via bank transfer to the association's current account (IBAN: IT 63 L 07601 03800 001066672179);
9) Personal data submitted will be processed only for purposes related to participation in the Contest, in compliance with current privacy regulations;
10) There will be no contribution towards travel and accommodation expenses;
11) Upon registration, participants agree to allow the short film to be screened without any associated screening fee;
12) The submitted short films will be evaluated by a commission composed of members of Sciuscià, who will choose the selected works and the finalists;
13) The finalist short films will be screened in the theater and judged by a jury of experts, who will award the prizes;
14) The Jury's decision is final;
15) The Contest Management reserves the right to modify the event program if necessary, as well as to make decisions on unforeseen issues.
