亞洲藝術電影節（簡稱AAFF) 經澳門特別行政區批准，由亞洲藝術電影協會、澳門國際藝術電影協會主辦，以藝術電影為核心定位，是亞太地區極具藝術探索精神和藝術格調的國際電影節。
The Asian Art Film Festival (AAFF), approved by the Macao Special Administrative Region and organized by the Asian Art Film Association and the Macau International Art Film Association, is an international film festival centered on art cinema. It is distinguished in the Asia-Pacific region by its strong spirit of artistic exploration and distinctive artistic style.

1）單元定位：電影節核心單元，致力於甄選並表彰年度最具藝術高度、思想深度與美學創新的亞洲電影作品及電影人。
2）獎項設置：最佳故事片、最佳導演、最佳編劇、最佳男主角、最佳女主角、最佳男配角、最佳女配角、最佳攝影、最佳美術、最佳紀錄片。
【Golden Petrel Award – Main Competition Section】
1) Section Positioning: The core section of the Festival, dedicated to selecting and recognizing Asian film works and filmmakers that demonstrate the highest level of artistic achievement, intellectual depth, and aesthetic innovation of the year.
2) Awards: Best Feature Film, Best Director, Best Screenplay, Best Leading Actor, Best Leading Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Supporting Actress, Best Cinematography, Best Art Direction, Best Documentary.
【先鋒浪潮單元】
1）單元定位：專注於發掘具有實驗性、創新性與前衛精神的電影作品。鼓勵在敘事結構、影像語言、媒介形式或技術應用上敢於挑戰常規、拓展電影藝術邊界的創作者。
2）獎項設置 ：最佳故事片、最佳導演、最佳演員。
【Pioneer Wave Section】
1) Section Positioning: Dedicated to discovering film works of experimental, innovative, and avant-garde spirit. Encourages creators who dare to challenge conventions and push the boundaries of cinematic art in narrative structure, visual language, media forms, or technological applications.
2) Awards: Best Feature Film, Best Director, Best Performer.
【鄉土紀事單元】
1） 單元定位：聚焦描繪亞洲鄉村生活、地域文化，深刻反映鄉土情懷、社會現實和人文精神的影像作品，擁抱每一種原生文化。
2） 影片獎項設置：最佳故事片、最佳導演、最佳演員。
【Rural Chronicles Section】
1) Section Positioning: Focuses on cinematic works portraying Asian rural life, regional cultures, and deeply reflecting local sentiments, social realities, and humanistic spirit, embracing every form of indigenous culture.
2) Awards: Best Feature Film, Best Director, Best Performer.
【女性之光單元】
1） 單元定位：尋找在女性視角中，打破傳統解析，重構女性主體的影像作品。
2） 獎項設置 ：最佳故事片、最佳導演、最佳演員。
【Women's Light Section】
1) Section Positioning: Seeks cinematic works that, from a female perspective, break traditional interpretations and reconstruct female subjectivity.
2) Awards: Best Feature Film, Best Director, Best Performer.
【作者電影單元】
1）單元定位: 聚焦導演作為電影“作者”的核心地位，遴選在視覺風格、敘事結構與主題表達上展現出高度統一性和鮮明個人印記的影片。
2）獎項設置 ：最佳故事片、最佳首作
【Auteur Films Section】
1) Section Positioning: Focuses on the director's central role as the "author" of the film, selecting works that demonstrate a high degree of unity and distinctive personal signature in visual style, narrative structure, and thematic expression.
2) Awards: Best Feature Film, Best Debut Film.
