The International Film And Cultural Festival (iFAC) is an independent international platform based in New Delhi, India, dedicated to discovering and encouraging emerging voices in cinema, visual storytelling, and cultural expression.

iFAC was founded with the belief that powerful stories can come from anywhere — regardless of budget, geography, language, or background. The festival aims to create a space where filmmakers, photographers, students, and independent creators can share meaningful work that reflects humanity, culture, spirituality, social awareness, and creative courage.
