Our mission is to inspire the viewer with positive and motivating films. So if your film aims to entertain the audience and to make them think about the true values ​​of life and inspire positive changes you are welcome to submit. The festival is going to be held on the most romantic weekend of the year, on February 12-13th, with cosy atmosphere of life screenings in a "Kinopanorama" cinema, the heart of festival life of Kyiv and various workshops of both experienced and young filmmakers. Our festival is a chance for directors from Ukraine and abroad to meet, exchange experience and co-operate in future. We are waiting for your films!

Rules & Terms

International films eligible for entry
- Inspirational and motivating films of various genres and themes are accepted.
- Competition is open to International entries.
- Films are submitted only via FilmFreeway online screener.
- Films must be completed after 1 January, 2014.
- The maximum running time is 20 minutes.
- Films not in English must be subtitled in English and the dialogue list must be provided after the acceptance.
- Films that have broadcast on television or internet prior to the Festival are not eligible for consideration.
- Entries must be submitted for pre-screening on Vimeo or YouTube link. If you use a secured link, you are REQUIRED to keep us updated with passwords or your film may be rejected.
- There is no entry fee for submission.

Ukrainian films are submitted through Festival website or via FilmFreeway into the category National competition:
- Narrative, animated, documentary films of various genres and themes are accepted.
- Films must be completed after 1 January, 2013.
- The maximum running time is 35 minutes.
- Films not in English must be subtitled in English and the dialogue list must be provided after the acceptance.
