CATEGORIE E CONDIZIONI DI AMMISSIONE
Le candidature saranno aperte dal 15 gennaio al 29 febbraio 2024.
Il Fantasy Day Film Festival prevede la categoria del CORTOMETRAGGIO in tutte le sue forme, quindi di finzione, d’animazione e documentario. Durata massima dei lavori da inviare: 20’.
I corti dovranno essere di genere fantasy e affini, quindi sci-fi, horror, sovrannaturale, onirico e qualsiasi altro sottogenere che si distacchi dalla realtà per offrire uno sguardo fantasioso sul mondo.
Il Comitato di Selezione sceglierà a proprio insindacabile giudizio le opere inviate.
Tutte le opere non inerenti al tema indicato non verranno prese in considerazione.
Il Comitato si riserva la possibilità di includere dei lavori in categorie collaterali come Fuori Concorso o per Eventi Speciali.
Tutti i film in lingua differente dall’italiano devono essere inviati in lingua originale con sottotitoli in italiano o in inglese. Tutte le opere prive di sottotitoli non verranno prese in considerazione.
L’iscrizione prevede un costo di partecipazione di € 6, valido come spesa di segreteria e iscrizione all’Associazione ALTANUR per l’anno 2024.
In caso di mancata selezione, la quota non verrà in alcun modo rimborsata.
Possono partecipare ai concorsi i lavori realizzati a partire dal 1 gennaio 2020.

INVIO DELLE OPERE SELEZIONATE
A seguito della proclamazione della selezione ufficiale, prevista per il 10 marzo 2024, gli autori coinvolti dovranno inviare i propri lavori entro il 15 aprile 2024, in formato Full HD (1920 x 1080), upload H.264/MPEG-4/Mov, attraverso link di trasferimento dati quali WeTransfer, Google Drive e altri all’indirizzo mail fantasydayfilmfestival@gmail.com, scrivendo come oggetto “Selezione Ufficiale Fantasy Day Film Festival 2024 + Titolo del film”.
INFORMATIVA LIBERATORIA
Autori e/o produttori rispondono del contenuto delle proprie opere e dichiarano, con l’iscrizione al Fantasy Day Film Festival, di avere adempiuto ogni obbligo nei confronti di terzi in materia di diritti d’autore. L’invio della propria Opera equivale ad accettazione del regolamento e concessione di liberatoria per l’utilizzo della stessa.
In caso di autori minorenni, è necessaria un’autorizzazione scritta dei genitori e/o tutori, in cui si asserisce di accettare ogni aspetto del regolamento.
I detentori dei diritti dei film selezionati autorizzano il Fantasy Day Film Festival secondo quanto segue:
– concessione del diritto di comunicazione al pubblico e sfruttamento dell’Opera ai fini della proiezione di essa durante le giornate di svolgimento della manifestazione;
– utilizzo spezzoni e foto tratti dai film in oggetto a scopo promozionale del Festival su tutti i media: stampa, cartellonistica, televisione, web con l’utilizzo del logo del Festival senza che per tali sfruttamenti sia dovuto alcun diritto a percepire alcun compenso, indennità, rimborso;
– rinunzia a qualunque corrispettivo, premio o riconoscimento per la comunicazione al pubblico e proiezione dell’Opera e/o utilizzo dell’Opera;
- concessione del diritto di poter utilizzare l’Opera in altre iniziative culturali create dall’Associazione Culturale ALTANUR.
L’iscrizione al concorso vale come accettazione dell’intero regolamento, verso il quale non è possibile applicare rivalsa di ogni genere.
EMERGENZA SANITARIA
Il Fantasy Day Film Festival si riserva di variare, in base alle esigenze legate all’emergenza sanitaria, le modalità di svolgimento dell’evento.
INFORMATIVA SUL TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI PERSONALI
Abbiamo la necessità di trattare i dati personali forniti al momento dell’iscrizione del film ai fini della gestione della manifestazione. Il conferimento dei Vostri Dati è facoltativo. Tuttavia, il mancato invio di tali dati rende impossibile procedere alla selezione dell’Opera candidata ai fini dell’organizzazione della manifestazione.
Ai sensi dell’art. 13 del D.Lgs 196/03, informiamo che i dati pervenuti saranno trattati secondo i principi di correttezza, trasparenza ed unicamente ai fini della gestione del Festival.
I summenzionati dati potrebbero essere comunicati ai nostri fornitori di servizi e ad altre terze parti ove ciò sia reso necessario ai fini della gestione della manifestazione oppure ove vi sia un obbligo di legge. Un elenco completo di tali soggetti sarà reso disponibile tramite richiesta scritta inviata alla sede legale dell’Associazione Culturale ALTANUR – Via M. l nome del Titolare dei Diritti d’Autore la cui Opera sarà selezionata dal Fantasy Day Film Festival 2023 potrà essere reso pubblico sul sito Internet www.altanur.it nonché a mezzo stampa, radio, televisione.
Ai sensi dell’articolo 7 del D.Lgs. n.196/2003, è possibile controllare o modificare i propri Dati chiedendone la cancellazione, la rettifica o l’aggiornamento in qualsiasi momento inviando una email a info@altanur.it

CATEGORIES AND CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION
Applications will open from 15th January 2024 to 29th February 2023.
Fantasy Day Film Festival envisages the category of SHORT FILM at large, including fiction, animation and documentary.
Maximum duration should not go above 20 minutes.
The short films should fall under the Fantasy category or similar subject-matter, including sci-fi, horror, supernatural, dreamlike and whichever other subgenre that detaches from reality in order to provide an imaginative outlook on the world.
The panel of judges will select the works received at their own incontestable discretion.
Any work not complying with the scope of this brief shall not be taken into consideration.
The panel of judges reserves the right to include any works in additional, relevant categories such as Out of Contest or for Special Events.
Any films in languages other than Italian must be sent in the original language with Italian or English subtitles. Any works without subtitles will not be taken into consideration.
Registration fee is € 6, this includes administration fee and membership to the ALTANUR Association for 2024.
Should your submission not be selected, the registration fee will not be refunded.
Works created from 1 st of January 2020 are allowed to enter the contests.
Short films will be considered only if duly uploaded to the FilmFreeway platform at the following link:

SENDING THE SELECTED WORKS
After the proclamation of the official selection on 10th March 2024, the selected authors will need to send their work by 15th April 2024, in Full High-Resolution format (1920 x 1080), upload H.264/MPEG-4/Mov, through transfer platforms such as WeTransfer, Google Drive and the like to the e-mail address fantasydayfilmfestival@gmail.com, indicating in the subject line “Official Selection Fantasy Day Film Festival 2024 + Title of short film”.
CONSENT NOTICE
Authors and/or producers are liable for the content of their work and declare, by enrolling to Fantasy Day Film Festival, that any copyright obligations toward third parties have been fulfilled. By submitting their work, authors and/or producers abide by the rules of the contest and give Fantasy Day consent to use their submission.
Should the author be a minor, written authorization by the parents and/or guardians, confirming they abide by the rules of the contest, will be required.
Copyright holders of the selected works authorise Fantasy Day Film Festival to:
– share the work with the public and show the work for the duration of the event
– use parts of the films or photos from the films with the aim of advertising the festival on any media channels, including press, billboards, TV and web, in association with the Festival’s logo without claiming any compensation for the exploitation of such right.
– waive any compensation for using, showing or sharing the work with the public.
- grant the right to use the work in other cultural initiatives by the Cultural Association ALTANUR.
By enrolling in this contest, you consent to its terms and conditions without any possibility to contest.
HEALTH EMERGENCY
Fantasy Day Film Festival reserves the right to review any operating methods, should a health emergency require so.
PERSONAL DATA NOTICE
We process your personal data shared at enrolling in order to manage the event. Sharing your personal data is optional, however withholding consent to process your personal data, prevents us from moving forward with your application within the scope of the event.
Pursuant to and in accordance with clause 13 of D.Lgs 196/03, the data collected will be processed in a lawful and transparent manner, solely for the purpose of managing the event.
We may share the above-mentioned data with our service providers and third parties, whereby necessary for the management of the event or due to a legal obligation. The name of the Copyright Holder whose work will be selected by Fantasy Day Film Festival 2023 might be shared on the website www.altanur.it in addition to other media channels, including press, radio and TV.
Pursuant to and in accordance with clause 7 of D.Lgs. n.196/2003, the data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller at any time the amendment of their personal data by means of erasure, rectification or update by e-mailing info@altanur.it
