Cleanliness Begins At 'Home'
The movie focuses on parent's role in encouraging their children regarding cleanliness for a clean India , 'Swachh Bharat'. A 7 year old kid wakes up in the morning and peeps to watch his grand-father walking on an exercise machine. Feeling excited he follows his grand-father's action and runs on the exercise stepper. Later he watches his grand father shaving. He plays with the shaving brush in front of the mirror. Later he sees his grand-father counting money and keeping them in his purse. The kid also puts his coins into his piggy bank to save. Later he is busy making some drawing on the theme of "India is my home". His pencil lead breaks, and he goes near the dust-bin to sharpen the pencil so that the pencil waste does not litter here and there. He also carefully puts waste papers into dust-bin to keep the home clean. He notices the grand-father goes out to balcony, he follows & watches from distance. He sees his grandfather eats banana and throws the skin out of balcony to the road. Also grandfather drinks some soda and throws the empty bottles to the road. The kid returns to room and takes the dust-bin to spill garbage onto the floor. Grandfather gets a shock seeing all the garbage lying across the floor. The kid holds his grandfather's hand and takes him out to the balcony to show the garbage on the roads that was created due to the banana skins and empty bottles littered by the grand-father. The grand-father realizes that his mistake that ill act that influenced his grandson. In the end it is seen both grand-father and the kid are cleaning up the garbage from the road for a better and clean 'home', India.
"Sustainment of our environment is a universally acknowledged duty, and sometimes the public may need a visual reminder of that. Cleanliness Begins at Home is an amusing and digestible example of one such reminder and it will definitely leave audiences with a higher level of awareness, particularly among children. "

I believe that little things that happen around us impacts our life in a big way and the medium of film with a nice enchanting story telling explores this aspect and opens of a new world of learning for us. That's why I always wanted to create films that let us see life in a positive way elevate us emotionally as well as intellectually.
