Bridget Johnson (she/they) is a Chicago-based queer director and writer dedicated to socially-driven storytelling. She founded Dare to Dream Productions at seventeen, won Best Documentary at DePaul University’s Film Festival for Breaking the Barrier, and screened at NFFTY. Her debut short The Girl at the Library has over 1.2 million views on YouTube and has screened at several LGBTQ+ organizations. In her free time, you can catch her skating down Chicago streets, reading tarot at a cafe, or finding her next inspiration for a script.
