She was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. She graduated from NYU, Tisch school of the arts where she got her BFA in dramatic writing. She completed MFA on media & communication at Yonsei University in Seoul where she produced, wrote & directed an arthouse occult film “Flower Coffin27” (16mm, 40min) She also lived in Paris, France for 3 years as she was fascinated by French culture and mostly Parisian cemeteries. She made many short films across the world but currently focuses on writing a TV sitcom and getting ready for her first feature movie.
