Joseph Dwyer is an award-winning director and editor of narrative and international documentary films. His narrative work has been nominated for a Student Academy Award by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences, while winning best-of-fest awards and screening for audiences around the globe. His documentary projects focus primarily on travel and transportation, and have taken him to China, Thailand, Japan, the Maldives, England and several times across the United States.
Joseph holds a BA in Visual & Dramatic Arts from Rice University and an MFA in Film Production from Boston University, where he also served as an adjunct professor teaching Screen Language and Production I in the spring and fall of 2018.
He currently lives and works in Los Angeles, California.
